This blog was actually named for our hairless cat, Karma. Every once in awhile I'll decide it's a good idea to see if any local catteries have more hairless cats for sale... which inevitably they do, and then I want another. We actually already have the name of our next cat picked out, which I won't reveal here. I think I want a boy kitty because I hear opposite sex cats get along better, and once they're neutered it doesn't matter too much anyway.
Here are a couple of recent pictures of Karma, which actually show her with her eyes open (she normally squints when the flash goes off):
Actually that last picture kind of shows her fat belly. She's got quite the appetite, plus she gets to lick the spoon when I give Marnie (our other cat) wet food. Plus she eats strange particles off the floor. I figure she needs some extra blubber though to stay warm.
