With 3 milks, how can you go wrong?

This recipe for Coconut Tres Leches Hot Cocoa is yummy. If you have the winter blues because you feel like spring inside but the weather outside isn't cooperating, you should make this, and feel better. It's from Better Homes and Gardens. I cut the recipe in half and it made about 2 mugs of hot cocoa.

3 cups milk
1 14 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 of 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (2/3 cup)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
whipped cream

In medium saucepan, combine ingredients (you'll have to whisk in the cocoa powder to get rid of all the little clumpies). Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat (and watch it, cuz I pretty much had a milk explosion all over the stove). Remove from heat, pour into mugs, and top with whipped cream. Sip carefully because hot milk is somehow much hotter-tasting than water. Drink in the happiness.
