Dining Review: Isabella's Brick Oven Pizza & Panini

Isabella's Brick Oven Pizza & Panini

My husband gave this 5 stars, I gave it 4 stars, so it's really like a 4.5. But we both agreed this place is excellent! It was a smaller restaurant than I was picturing, with just a few tables up front. There are various Italian products for sale on the shelves, and the wood-fired oven in the back.

We both had sandwiches- I ordered the Scooch, which has 3 different kinds of meat (capicollo, sopressata, and porchetta) + balsamic dressing + roasted red peppers, plus gouda cheese and lettuce. My husband had the Italian cold cut, with 5 (!!) kinds of meat, oil and vinegar, lettuce and tomato. We shared them between us. The best part was the meat! It was sliced super thin and there were piles of it- no shortage here. So much flavor and variety!

The bread was also great- crusty on the outside, with good soft crumb on the inside, and super fresh.

We'll definitely be back- there were tons of good sounding sandwiches and pizzas!
